The below normal trend continues into Tuesday. Wednesday will be warm but that’s also the next chance of some pretty heavy rain and some storms even.

Late Tuesday afternoon/evening we could see a few isolated showers, but Wednesday is the day to highlight.

Severe thunderstorm chances Tuesday is west and south of us. Like I said, the SPC has changed the outlook for Wednesday now to halfway through Vigo County and southward has been upgraded to a slight risk. North areas are under a marginal risk. However, better chances for severe weather are still much further south where there is an enhanced and moderate risk now. We will see heavy rain and gusty winds, those will be the main threats. Tornadoes and hail cannot be ruled out though but again, better chances for tornadoes will stay way south where there is a hatched area.

A few lingering showers likely on Thursday and there’s at least a small chance of precip out of the next couple of days.

Winds Tuesday will be between 10-25mph. Winds overnight Tuesday will be between 10-20mph.

Temperatures Tuesday will be in the mid 40s. Overnight Tuesday temps will be in the mid 40s.
