7 Day Forecast
We have patchy fog again Friday morning. Every single day of the work week we dealt with this. Temperatures are warm out there and that’s how temps are going to stay through the weekend. A bit cooler of an air mass moves in next week, it will feel a lot better out there some days temperature wise, but it still is going to be muggy. There was a heat advisory in place the last three days, that’s the case again today only for some counties. It remains in effect until 7pm cdt today for most of our IL counties. Heat index values will approach the 105 mark. Stay hydrated and stay indoors in the air conditioning if you can. There are also scattered and spotty rain chances in the forecast today pretty similar to the last two days and nothing that will last too long. The big thing this week is the heat that continues. Winds will be between 5-10mph today. Partly sunny Friday with highs in the lower 90s. Partly cloudy with an overnight low Friday in the lower 70s. Temperatures will back to right around average for some days next week.
