There is a Flash Flood Watch for SE/E areas until 2pm EDT Thursday afternoon. This includes Vigo, Sullivan, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Clay, Putnam, Owen, Lawrence, and Monroe counties in Indiana. Temperatures are warm, in the 60s/70s Thursday morning. Dew points are still in the upper 60s/lower 70s to start Thursday off. Humidity levels are still pretty high today and we have patchy fog in some areas. It will be muggy today but levels finally lower Friday and Saturday for part of the weekend to a way more comfortable level. Unfortunately, the fourth of July still looks to warm back up and get muggy again after a nice first half of the weekend. At least conditions will be dry for those with outdoor plans. Winds will stay between 5-15mph today. Some showers and storms are lingering from yesterday, these will continue off and on through your Thursday but by Thursday evening all of the showers and storms should diminish then we will dry up for the holiday weekend. Highs in the mid to lower 80s Thursday. Lows in the mid 50s overnight Thursday.
