VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Vigo County Commissioners on Thursday announced county buildings will remain closed to the public until June 15.
County employees returned to work this week, and buildings were originally scheduled to reopen to the public next week.
According to a news release from county commissioners, members of the public are encouraged to conduct county business by phone or email.
Appointments will be made when necessary; however, social distancing and face masks will be required by any member of the public who is allowed to enter the building for a scheduled appointment.
The extended closure will not impact early voting at the Annex.
