TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – One person was hospitalized and another arrested for attempted murder following a stabbing Tuesday in Terre Haute.
Terre Haute police responded to the stabbing in the 200 block of North Fruitridge where they found the victim had been stabbed multiple times in the neck area. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Amanda Baker, 24, of Terre Haute was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery. She is being held at the Vigo County Jail.
