TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Terre Haute police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred Sunday at a local motel.
When police responded to the Rodeway Inn on South 3rd Street around 8:15 a.m. Sunday, they found a man actively administering CPR to a stabbing victim. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
THPD investigators said they have spoken to several witnesses, including the person who committed the stabbing; however, no arrests have been made at this time. They noted the investigation is ongoing.
No names have been released at this time.
