TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Terre Haute’s newest music venue has announced its second concert.
ACM’s 2020 New Artist of the Year and GOLD-certified Riley Green will make his Terre Haute debut on Thursday, June 17 at The Mill.
Jacksonville, Ala. native Riley Green mixes outlaw and traditional country with hits including “There Was This Girl,” “In Love By Now,” “I Wish Grandpas Never Died,” “Different ‘Round Here,” and his most recent hit “If It Wasn’t For Trucks.”
Green released his latest EP If It Wasn’t For Trucks on Sept. 11, 2020, and was nominated for Best New Country Artist at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. He was also voted as one of CRS’ 2020 New Faces and was named MusicRow’s Breakout Artist of the Year at their Country Breakout Awards.
Green has toured alongside Brad Paisley, Jon Pardi and Jason Aldean.
Tickets will go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. Friday via TheMillTerreHaute.com. Ticket prices are $35 for VIP experience and $25.
Earlier this year, Tim Drake, owner of The Mill, created big buzz around town when he announced that Nelly would be the first performing artist at the venue. Country music duo LOCASH will open for the “Hot in Herre” singer June 5.
The Mill Event Center and Amphitheater will be located old International Paper property near Prairieton Road.
