ISDH reports 505 new COVID-19 cases

INDIANAPOLIS (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana State Department of Health on Monday reported 505 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 11,686.

Seven additional deaths were also reported Monday, including a fourth death in Greene County. A total of 569 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

Local totals as of Monday were:

  • Clay County – 20 current
  • Daviess County – 31 current, 3 deaths
  • Greene County – 38 current, 4 deaths
  • Knox County – 6 current, 12 recoveries
  • Martin – 6 current
  • Parke – 9 current
  • Sullivan – 9 current
  • Vermillion – 6 current
  • Vigo – 53 current, 5 deaths

The complete list of counties with cases is included in the ISDH COVID-19 dashboard at coronavirus.in.gov. Cases are listed by county of residence. Private lab reporting may be delayed and will be reflected in the map and count when results are received at ISDH. The dashboard will be updated at noon each day.

To date, 64,649 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 61,142 on Sunday.
