Indianapolis man arrested after shots fired at Sycamore Apartments

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — An Indianapolis man was arrested on several charges after shots were fired at Sycamore Apartments Monday night.

According to the Terre Haute Police Department, officers were called to the apartment complex around 10 p.m. Monday after shots were fired during an argument. No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect, Gilbert Ajyei, 22, of Indianapolis, was arrested and charged with criminal recklessness, theft, pointing a firearm, possession of a handgun without a permit and driving while suspended. He is currently being held at the Vigo County Jail.
