CLINTON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The South Vermillion Wildcats and Sullivan Golden Arrows will battle for the Bronze Helmet Friday night.

The two schools are also coming together for PS We Love You and tackle childhood cancer.

Wildcats head coach Greg Barrett says,”This month of September is childhood cancer awareness. We have done this across the state the last several years. Unfortunately, we aren’t going to get as many games involved this year due to everything that’s going on, but Sullivan has been great with this the last several years Coach Powell and his staff so we will do our Tackle Childhood Cancer Game this Friday night. We are selling t-shirts, they are selling t-shirts. We will do a miracle minute. We will see how much money we can raise and put this towards a good cause. Unfortunately, everything is about COVID today, well there are a lot of children out there that still need help and we still need to find cures for cancer so we are still doing our job and trying to get this out there as much as we possibly can.”
