TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Terre Haute South wrestler Josh Howell will make his second trip to the state wrestling meet on Friday, taking on Jacob Raub from Lafayette Jefferson in a placement match on Friday. Howell also advanced this far in 2019 and is 24-7 while Raub is 25-1. Should Howell win, he would then wrestle in three matches on Saturday, needing to win all three to win the state title.
