South Knox boys soccer falls to Forest Park

VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The South Knox boys soccer team suffered their first loss of the season 4-2 to Forest Park on Thursday evening. Jackson Thomas scored the first Spartans goal to level the score at one in the first half. A few minutes later Ibai Agirre created some space in the left side of the box to make it 2-1 South Knox.

Jarrod Kerber Jr. responded with a natural hat trick for the Rangers, scoring twice in the first half and once more in the second to make it 3-2 Forest Park. They closed the scoring with a goal from Luke Hauser to make it 4-2. Forest Park advances to the Regional Final against Providence on Saturday at 2 pm.
