Rose-Hulman Football drops opener

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Rose-Hulman Football team dropped their season opener to Wabash College 33-23 on Saturday night. Quarterback Andrew Dion finished 23-45 for 339 yards and three touchdowns. Receiver Daniel Huery had two touchdowns and tallied 81 yards receiving. Receiver Noah Thomas had five catches for 94 yards. 

For Wabash quarterback Liam Thompson finished 19-31 for 340 yards and three touchdowns. Donovan Snyder added 68 rushing yards and Jackson Clayborne had two scores for the Little Giants. Up next Rose begins a three game road stretch starting at Trine University next Saturday at 7 pm.
