Patriots win Glove Trophy, 12-4


TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Terre Haute North breaks out the bats to beat Terre Haute South, 12-4 Friday night to win The Glove Trophy.

The Patriots plate seven runs in the second inning thanks to a couple of Braves errors.

North sweeps South on the season.

Cade Moore says, “It feels good. Last time we had it was when I was a freshman and we lost it that year so it’s great to bring it back home.”

Seth Tetidrick says, “Feels great. We really did good as a team. Had a lot of energy playing on this floor, had to get our minds right today and we did it.”

Jayson Cottrell says, “Last year we didn’t have season so this year is our last time playing as a team, let’s go out and play hard.”

Caden Mason says, “This team is really special because we come in working hard every day, we went through some ups and downs, but we started coming back so we are just ready to play some baseball now.”
