TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Indiana State Sycamores got off to a 26-11 start but were outscored 34-23 in the 2nd half in a loss to Loyola Chicago on Saturday night. Cam Henry led the Sycamores with 12 points and Julian Larry added eight. Micah Thomas and Kailex Stephens each had seven while Xavier Bledson and Zach Hobbs finished with six each.

Lucas Williamson led the Ramblers with 17 points and Marquise Kennedy had 15 points including two dunks. With the loss ISU drops to 8-8 on the season and goes to Southern Illinois on Wednesday evening at 8 pm ET. During the game the team honored several new members of the Hall of Fame Class of 2022 including Oakland A’s pitcher Sean Manaea and former softball pitcher Darcy Woods.
