TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana State Sycamores baseball team beats the Southern Illinois Salukis Sunday afternoon at Bob Warn Field 10-0 in 7 innings.

The win is Indiana State’s 13th straight victory which is the longest win streak in the Mitch Hannahs coaching era.

Connor Fenlong was terrific on the mound as he pitched a complete game, only allowing one hit and striking out 4. This was the first complete game one hitter for ISU since 2011.

Adam Pottinger hit a grand slam in the 5th inning to make it 9-0.

The Sycamores are now 13-1 in the Missouri Valley Conference which is their best start in program history and have won their first 5 MVC series.

Indiana State will go for the sweep Monday against Southern Illinois at 2 p.m.
