NASHVILLE, Ten. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana State Sycamores baseball team beat the Belmont Bruins 10 to 2 on Saturday afternoon.
The win extended Indiana State’s season long winning streak to 9 consecutive games. Keegan Watson led the way offensively, going 2 for 3 with a home run and 3 runs batted in.
Starter Connor Fenlong earned the win, throwing 8 innings only allowing 2 runs. He is now 4-2 on the season.
Indiana State will go for the sweep at Belmont Sunday at 2 p.m.
