SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Northview Knights boys and girls’ cross country teams each took home victories at this year’s Chad Smith Invitational.

Jcim Grant won the boys race with a time of 17:31.

Gnister Grant and Ellia Hayes tied for first in the girls race finishing in 21:59 and Hayes took home the win after beating Grant in a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Northview, Owen Valley and Sullivan were the top three girls teams at the event.
