SOUTHPORT, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Linton Miners beat Brownstown Central 64-56 in the 2A semi-state championship game from Southport High School.

Linton advances to the state championship for the first time since 2019 and the third time in program history. Logan Webb had 28 points and Joey Hart added 23 points.

The #1 Miners will face #3 Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian next Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
