CARBONDALE, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Number 5 seed Indiana State softball defeated Number 4 seed Murray State in 12 innings on Thursday to advance to Friday’s MVC Tournament semifinal where they will face Number 1 seed Northern Iowa at 2 p.m. ET Friday.
The win was ISU’s 31st on the season, tying a program record.
