TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana State Sycamores football team wrapped their first week of fall camp on Saturday.

Junior Linebacker Geoffrey Brown is poised for a big year for Indiana State after being named to the preseason All-MVC Second Team. Brown led the team in total tackles in 2022, adding 7 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.

“With Geoffrey Brown, you can just see the confidence,” Head Coach Curt Mallory said. “Knowing what the defense is, making the calls, getting everybody lined up. It’s always going to start in the middle of your defense.”
