The Indiana State Sycamores opened training camp Wednesday morning at Memorial Stadium. ISU returns seven starters on defense and six on offense.

Head coach Curt Mallory says,”It starts with building depth. We were thin at a lot of positions last year. That’s where our veteran guys have helped our younger guys. Bringing those guys along.”

Jonas Griffith says,”That taste of 0-11 is still in my mouth and it’s a bad taste so just being out here and getting better every day. Looking forward to the process.”

The Sycamores will open the season when they host Quincy on Thursday, August 30th.
