TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Tobias Howard Jr. will head to Terre Haute to join the Indiana State Sycamores basketball team next season. The point guard is a graduate transfer from Towson. He will likely fill the void left by senior Jordan Barnes who graduated this past season. Howard averaged 10.2 points and 2.5 assists in 2018-19 for the Tigers.
