Indiana State football topped by SIU


TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Indiana State Sycamores ended the home portion of the schedule with a 47-21 loss to Southern Illinois on Saturday afternoon at Memorial Stadium. Receiver Dante Hendrix had 10 catches for 83 yards and two touchdowns.

Quarterback Anthony Thompson finished 21 of 33 for 192 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Kurtis Wilderman entered the game in the 2nd half and threw the second touchdown to Hendrix. Up next ISU goes to Illinois State on Saturday November 20th at 1 pm.
