TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Cooper Neese hit a layup with just 1.6 seconds left to lift Indiana State to a 69-68 victory over Miami Ohio on Saturday afternoon at the Hulman Center. Neese finished with 20 points including the game winner on a pass from Xavier Bledson. The Redhawks Isaiah Coleman Lands hit a half court shot but referees reviewed the play and deemed the clock had expired before he released the ball from mid court.

Cam Henry led the Sycamores with 21 points and Simon Wilbar added 10. Xavier Bledson had seven points and four assists. ISU improves to 4-5 and goes to North Dakota State on Saturday December 13th at 8 pm ET.
