TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Rose-Hulman men’s basketball team lost their first game of the season Sunday afternoon to DePauw with a final score of 72-66.

Terry Hicks and Dillon Duff led the Engineers with 16 points each and Trey Wurtz finished with 11. For DePauw, Nolan Niego had 19 points and Cooper Mixon finished with 11.

Prior to the game, DePauw head coach Bill Fenlon was presented a plaque for his time coaching Rose-Hulman. Fenlon previously served as head coach from 1989-1991 and led the 1989 team to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
