Cloverdale Wins Consolation Bracket, Cooper Neese Ends Terrific WV Classic Career


Cloverdale got the better of Robinson in Thursday’s Consolation bracket final, 67-63.

Cloverdale’s Cooper Neese finished with 36 points tonight.

His 4 day performance tied the tournament record for most points scored in 118 points.

Neese also was a perfect 41-for-41 from the charity stripe, breaking the free throw percentage record.

The Butler commit was also named the Gary Fears Most Outstanding Player Award winner.

Robinson’s Dylan Dirks finished with 29 points for the Maroons.
