INDIANAPOLIS (WTWO/WAWV) – The Wabash Valley will send five different teams to regionals this weekend in the boys basketball state tournament, but big changes after in store.
Only immediate staff and family are allowed to attend the regional games. Each team will receive 75 tickets per contest.
Refunds will be given out to fans that have bought tickets in advance.
IHSAA Commissioner Bobby Cox says,”We acknowledge that these are unprecedented measures and we are sympathetic to our loyal fans that support education based athletics in our state. We appreciate your understanding and support during these challenging times.”
Washington, Linton, Parke Heritage, Barr-Reeve, and Bloomfield are set to represent the Wabash Valley at regionals this weekend.
