Two Republican candidates who are trying to generate support made a stop in the Wabash Valley today just days before the election.
U.S. Senate candidate Todd Young and 8th District Congressman Larry Bucshon met with supporters earlier today in Terre Haute. Both candidates feel confident as they head into the final weekend of their campaigns.
“Nothing changes we continue to work hard for every hoosier vote, whether they’re identifed as democrat or republican or something in between, every Hoosier wants change,” said Young.
“I take nothing for granted I think people like myself shouldn’t and we’ve been aggressively campaigning,” said Bucshon.
The latest polling has young and his opponent evan bayh in a very close race for the u.S. Senate seat. While incumbant Bucshon seems to have more support than challenger, Democrat Ron Drake.
