Women Accused of Stealing Hygiene Products

Two Linton women could face prison time for stealing Neosporin, hygiene products and other items from pharmacies.

The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25-year-old Chelsea McGowan and 50-year-old Tracie Shipwash.
    
The two allegedly stole $9,000 worth of items from Wal-greens, CVS and Dollar General stores throughout Evansville, Kentucky and Illinois.

Police arrested them after a shop-lifting report in Evansville.
    
Deputies found stolen over the counter medicines, hygiene products and other retail items in their car.

The pair face a variety of charges.
