VIGO Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Vigo County Health Department’s clinic will start seeing patients again on March 1.
The clinic is located inside the Vigo County Annex.
Those who need service can schedule an appointment.
Some of their services available include physicals, immunizations for kids and adults, and flu shots.
The clinic also provides TB testing which is done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This service does not require an appointment.
Officials with the health department said the clinic was closed for a while due to the COVID-19 response.
“With the COVID response and when our cases got really crazy there for awhile, it was really all hands-on deck. We couldn’t run the clinic productively and do the COVID response,” said Roni Elder, health educator.
Masks are required during clinic appointments.
