SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO-WAWV) — The name of the person killed at the Bear Run Coal Mine in April has been released.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s department, identified the victim as 59 year old Philip Heymann from Washington, Indiana.
On April 20th, Heymann lost his life, after he was struck by a large piece of equipment. He was pronounced deceased on the scene before officers arrived.
