We have new information about Frank Shahadey.
He’s now admitted his role in a kickback scheme, while working at the Vigo County School Corporation. That scheme cost the corporation more than $80,000. His punishment is yet to be announced.
Today WTWO News learned the court will not set a date until it receives a pre-sentencing report from federal probation. He remains in custody.
Co-defendant Franklin Fennell has not reached any plea. But he recently asked for, and received a change in his release agreement. Instead of constant monitoring, Fennell is only required to be at home between the hours of 10 P.M. and 4:30 A.M.
