People are celebrating spring with beautiful tulips, while helping out a local organization.
VNA Homecare and Hospice of the Wabash Valley hosted its 32nd annual tulip sale fundraiser on Wednesday.
They solid tulips at a variety of locations and had an excellent turnout. They even had a record number of pre-sale orders.
Fundraisers like this are very important to the non-profit organization.
“Fundraisers like this are what contribute to our indigent fund to help care for patients who maybe don’t have insurance or don’t have the abilities to pay for the end of life care that they truly deserve,” says community liaison Allie lark.
If you missed the sale, but would still like to donate to the organization, you can call them at 812-234-2515 or donate online.
