THPD arrest two men for criminal recklessness, other charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Two men were arrested in Terre Haute Friday after a report of shots fired.

Terre Haute police arrived at the scene of Greenwood Manor in Terre Haute around 12:45 p.m. Police found that two groups of people got into an argument. A gun was pointed at a victim and rounds were shot into the ground before the suspects fled the area.

Police located the suspects at SR 46 and I-70.

After an investigation, police arrested Jeffrey Bunch who is charged with criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm, intimidation and possession of a handgun without a permit.

Michael Rude was also arrested and charged with criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm, intimidation, possession of a handgun without a permit and possession fo a handgun by a serious violent felon.
