Terre Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force charged a Terre Haute man with child sex crimes Friday night.
Indiana State Police said in a news release that a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children earlier this week lead to an investigation that resulted in a search warrant served Friday night at a home on Grant Street in Terre Haute.
Dionel J. Mateo, 28, of Terre Haute was charged with three counts of child molestation and possession of child pornography.
Mateo was being held with no bond in the Vigo County Jail.
