Eleven Girl Scouts from three different Terre Haute schools participated in a drive-through style delivery at Unity Presbyterian Church on Saturday.
Their delivery allowed drivers to pick up their favorite cookies while staying safe and warm.
The leader of Girl Scout Troop 839 said she has enjoyed teaching the girls important life skills and spending time with them.
“It’s been wonderful to get to know the girls and to really teach them the in’ and outs of starting up a business. The girls have really enjoyed learning from each other and learning how to give back to the community,” said Lacey Skwortz.
The Girl Scouts will continue selling their cookies in the coming months.
