Who says you have to wait easter day before having an Easter egg hunt?

These guys got a head start with a flash light at Highland Community Church in West Terre Haute tonight. Despite the cold teens from the community came out to enjoy games, contests and of course a search for 35 hundred eggs. Even the Frozen favorite Olaf made a guest appearence. Eggs found were filled with candy and cash prizes.

“Hunting Easter eggs it’s community togetherness. It’s promoting Easter Sunday, doing great things for Christ around our community, things like that just together,” pastor Ryan Thomas said.

Highland Church will be hosting a block party tomorrow from noon to 4 p.m. for those looking for more early Easter festivies.
