19 year old Nathan Derickson faces four felonies and a misdemeanor in the death of 17 year old William Garrett Sands.
He faces charges of reckless homicide, maintaining a public nuisance, two counts of criminal recklessness, and a misdemeanor of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If convicted of all the charges he could face over 30 years in prison.
Derickson pleaded not guilty.
He will be back in court in September for a pre trial conference with his trial set for October 9th.
