Suspects in Custody after Foot Pursuit

UPDATE: The suspects in the foot pursuit on Terre Haute’s north side Thursday morning have been identified.

Thomas Light, 21, and Jacob Brier, 20, were the two people arrested by THPD this morning, after a foot pursuit.

Light, (pictured below) is charged with resisting law enforcement and criminal trespass.

Brier, (pictured below) is charged with auto theft and resisting law enforcement.

This is a pending investigation and details will be released at a later time.

Two suspects are in custody after a foot pursuit on Terre Haute’s north side.

It happened around 9 A.M. this morning, in the area of Fort Harrison Road and N 13th Street.

THPD Public Information Officer Ryan Adamson says someone reported their vehicle had been stolen.

Officers spotted a vehicle that matched the description.

When officers tried to stop the vehicle, the suspects got out and fled on foot.

THPD used K9’s to track down the suspects and took them into custody.
