SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Hymera man was arrested on several counts after a traffic stop in Sullivan County Thursday night.
A Sullivan County deputy pulled a Jeep Cherokee over in Hymera after seeing a licence plate out. The deputy discovered after a traffic stop that the vehicle had a fictitious plate and was stolen from Whitestown, Ind.
Further investigation revealed a bag of methamphetamine under the driver’s seat in a hidden compartment.
Aaron Hibbard who was driving the vehicle was arrested. He’s charged with criminal conversion, possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended prior.
Hibbard’s bond is set at $39,000 at the Sullivan County Jail.
