INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Department of Health on Saturday reported 1,155 new confirmed cases of COVID-19. Since the start of the pandemic 116,549 coronavirus cases have been reported in Indiana.
A total of 3,351 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of 11 from the previous day.
Another 226 probable deaths have been reported statewide based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by the state and occurred over multiple days.

In Illinois, the Illinois Department of Public Health on Saturday reported 2,441 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease throughout the state, including 25 additional confirmed deaths.
Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 286,326 cases, including 8,588 deaths, in 102 counties in Illinois. The age of cases ranges from younger than one to older than 100 years.
