Square Donuts partners with local organization to raise awareness about Down Syndrome

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)—Square Donuts partnered with 321 Amazing to raise awareness about those living with Down Syndrome.

Customers lined up to buy donuts to support the local organization started by Amy Bosley and her family, after her 7-year-old daughter Jilly was diagnosed with Down Syndrome.

For every dozen donuts purchased, customers received a free book from Jilly.

Bosley said they want to raise awareness about Down Syndrome in the community.

“I didn’t know much about down syndrome until I had a daughter. I think that in seven years the awareness that we’ve brought to this community, people realize that a diagnosis isn’t everything. She’s amazing and everyone has the potential to be amazing.”

Jilly and her family donated 100 books for customers to take home.
