It’s spring break in Vigo County and lots of kids are taking the time to explore cool things at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum.
For starters, the ropes course is open. It’s normally open only on weekends, but in celebration of spring break, it’s open all week.
Also, from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. each day this week, kids can learn about the universe through hands-on-science.
“We hope that they have fun with science, number one, and number two, that they start using some of the science practices like observation, predictions and being able to draw conclusions from the things they’ve experienced,” says Renee Henry, the Director of Education at the museum.
