VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Update: According to ISP Sgt. Matt Ames, as of 12:25 p.m. all lanes have been reopened.
Original: Clean up from a semi rollover crash on Interstate 70 eastbound has caused traffic to be restricted.
According to Indiana State Police Sgt. Matt Ames, the incident occurred near mile marker 15, just east of the State Road 46 exit. Ames said a 26-year-old semi driver from Mooresville dozed off and the truck went into the median where it overturned and came to a sudden stop.
As of 8:49 a.m., Ames said police have shut down the eastbound passing lanes as crews work to cleanup the semi from the median.
Ames said there were no injuries reported, but advises drivers to seek alternate routes and expect delays in travel.
