ROSEDALE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Rosedale, Ind., celebrated its Strawberry Festival Saturday, a yearly tradition for the town.
Attendees from the community gathered to listen to live music, watch a parade and eat fresh baked strawberry shortcakes.
Rosedale visitor Kim Nesbitt said the festival was a great way to get out after being in the house for so long during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We’re just ready to get out and I think that’s what brought a lot of the crowd in because not doing it last year,” she said. “That’s what is drawing a lot out.”
The festival will continue through Sunday, June 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
