Indiana Supreme Court chief justice tests positive for COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush has tested positive for COVID-19.

Chief Justice Rush immediately self-isolated upon learning of a family member’s positive COVID
test, has been working remotely, and has not been to the State House since Sept. 1. Rush tested positive Sunday.

She is currently quarantined and continuing to work remotely. Her public schedule will be adjusted as needed.
