TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Reach Services in Terre Haute is working to open a day center for the city’s homeless population.

The building is expected to open in March following renovations, and will feature showers, and other amenities that people may not have regular access to.

Along with amenities, the facility plans to offer mental health and drug counselling to aid those seeking to get back on their feet.

Reach Services also say they would like the building to function as an address of sorts, so people have a place to receive mail.
