A man has died after an accident in Brazil.
The accident occurred early Friday morning on State Road 59. Police say Joey Allen, a habitual traffic violator, refused to pull over for a traffic stop.
A chase ensued and police say Allen disregarded a stop sign, crashed into another car and then into the Brazil High School monument.
32 year-old Joey Allen was airlifted to the hospital in Indianapolis. Brazil police confirm he has died from his injuries.
The people in the other car were treated for non life-threatening injuries.
