No Charges Filed Against Curtis Hill

A special prosecutor announces that he will not file charges against Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill for battery or sexual battery.

Special Prosecutor Dan Sigler stated in his report that there was “insufficient evidence of Hill’s intent to touch the victims in a rude, insolent or angry manner to constitute a battery, and a lack of evidence of force with respect to the statutory requirements of sexual battery.”

Several women accuse Hill of groping them at a party back in March to mark the end of the legislative session.

Hill has denied the allegations.
